Please note we can not cancel an order once it is placed on the website. Once the payment goes through, the order is registered and there can be no cancellations or refunds. 

For the exchange of damaged item received

Write to swopnoneelretail.com  if you want to return your garment, and we'll send you a shipping label. As soon as we receive your product in our office, we issue you a credit note of the purchase amount (exclusive of shipping) that you can use to make another purchase from the website (within a period of 3 months)

We are a small brand who work with very limited pieces and thus, do not have a return policy and do not issue any refunds unless the product received has a defect. If there is a defect, please click images of the same on delivery and share it with us via email for us to take immediate action on the same. Every saree is carefully packed by me Neel,  and we take our quality checks and control very very seriously! 

Please note we only work with pure handloom and hand block prints , some weaving defects and irregularities are natural to these fabrics and it will not spoil the overall look and feel of the garment and thus will not be considered a defect.
